Dry ash conveyor is used for the ash handling system for boilers. The bottom ash from boiler is cooled by Dry ash conveyor and then directly conveyed to ash silo. Dry ash conveyor and boiler bottom are fully sealed. Bottom ash falls onto the scale plates of the conveyor from the furnace through ash hopper and hydraulic cut-off gate. The whole conveyor is divided into upper and lower layers, driven by the variable frequency motor at head, the chain is used to drive the plates to convey the materials. Meanwhile, an automatic cleaning device and a tensioning device are provided. It is suitable for the work condition with large load.
