Notification: SONGLING changed full company name

According to the Company's development plan, SONGLING changed its company name from "Qingdao Songling Power Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd." to "Qingdao Songling Environmental Technology Co., Ltd." with effective date of March 30, 2026. This change is a conversion of corporate form from a Limited Liability Company to a Joint Stock Company only and does not involve the establishment of a new entity. Our legal entity status, equity structure, core management team and business philosophy remain unchanged and shall succeed to all rights, obligations, assets, qualifications and business operations of the former liability company in accordance with the Civil Code of People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions of the Company Law.
All contracts, agreements, purchase orders, letters of intent and any other legal documents previously entered into by Qingdao Songling Power Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. shall remain in full force and effect under the Qingdao Songling Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.
