Songling won the bid for the EPC contract of 300t/d municipal sludge deep drying project from an environmental protection technology company in Shandong.
Songling won the bid for the EPC contract of 300t/d municipal sludge deep drying project from an environmental protection technology company in Shandong. The main sludge to be dried for this project is the municipal sludge with moisture content about 60% after pressure filtration. After drying, the sludge will be conveyed to the boiler for mixing combustion. The sludge processing capacity for this project is 300 tons per day.
All equipments supplied for this project are independently developed and designed by Songling based on the existing sludge drying experience. The equipments are designed using three-dimensional software & PDM system and fabricated using digital facilities. The sludge processing capacity of single membrane rotary drum dryer can reach up to 300 tons per day. This achievement will fill the blank of drying capacity in domestic and even international sludge drying field.
