SONGLING’s Rotary Drum Cooler supplied for Shandong Yida New Material Co., Ltd. (Phase II) Needle coke Project was delivered in March, 2020.

SONGLING’s Rotary Drum Cooler supplied for Shandong Yida New Material Co., Ltd. (Phase II) Needle coke Project was delivered in March, 2020.
The Features as below:
Material: Needle coke with 12-15% water content 
Capacity: 288t/day 
Heat source for drying: heat recovery steam generated from the turbine after action 
Steam quality: Pressure 0.5-1MPa; Temperature 180-260℃ 
Steam Consumption: 0.1t Steam/Original material 
After drying: Needle coke with 3-5% water content
By now, SONGLING has supplied around 20 sets of rotary drum cooler for more than 10 projects.
